The vendor registration fee for the 2023 Discover Bowness Winter Festival & Market is $125 and includes the following:
Once you have submitted your application, a member of our team will contact you to review your application. If approved, you will be provided a notice of Vendor Acceptance and registration invoice. Once your invoice is paid and processed, you will be issued a bar coded vendor pass and vendor information kit.
The Discover Bowness Christmas Market & Festival takes place at the Bowness Scout & Lions Hall located at 8551 Bowness Road NW, Calgary, Alberta.
Vendor fees are non-refundable. Vendors are NOT permitted to sell or sublet their vendor space. Refunds will ONLY be issued if the event is canceled by the organizer.
Vendor booth locations are assigned by the organizer.
There are a limited number of booths with access to a power outlet. When reviewing your application with our team member, please discuss your specific requirements.
Yes, each vendor will have access to complimentary Wi-Fi access for the duration of the weekend. The login credentials will be included in your vendor information kit.
Vendors can begin loading their products and setting up at 0730AM on Saturday, November 25. There will be volunteers on hand to assist those who require a hand loading products and materials into the venue.
